I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

Greta place love the sky bar very much a lovely place to stay 100% recommended

Room was very clean, plenty of space, super bathroom & shower. The coatstand was a game changer as there never seem to be enough hooks in hotel rooms. Nice to have an ice bucket with ice provided when requested. Breakfast was adequate - fairly basic. We asked for extra Nespresso pods for the room on a couple of occasions & were told it wasn't possible! The allocation is one each per day. The staff were really friendly & helpful & the location was just brilliant.

Hotel is located in front of a bus stop and subway station. Bus route 001 is a free route that can take you to main tourist attractions and shops. Hotel rooms are a bit small but staff friendliness and service makes up for it There are several good restaurants and bars at walking distance

I cant say enough positive things about this hotel. It feels like a classic movie, everything was extremely clean and spotless in the room. The level of detail was the best Ive seen from any hotel. I will be staying here again. Also its located in a very central area in Madrid would highly recommend! Ten stars.
