Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

I was fortunate enough to spend my 60th birthday in Amsterdam.. the staff were sweet in helping me celebrate with a bottle of delicious kava and very nice birthday card.
The room was clean, breakfast amazing and so nice to taste what good coffee is like, coming from the US I have forgotten! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again if we get back to Amsterdam.
Sad to leave!

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe. Luckily someone was coming to their room and was willing to call for us. We got access to a lock box with the room card. People in our group got a text ...
