"So pleased with this hotel set right in the middle of the old and new town. This hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so attentive. The bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily. The only fault I could find in the room was the hairdryer and next time I’d bring my own! There’s a lift to a back door taking you into the centre. The rooftop terrace with pool had stunning views but was closed during our stay due to the weather. We used the spar which was basic but enjoyable for an hour. We only booked breakfast for our last day and were glad we hadn’t for the duration. There’s a lovely cafe/patisserie 400yds out of the back door of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time."

"The location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the beach, yet only a short walk from the old town. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was wonderful! The drinks in the bar were fantastic! We will absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is going to San Sebastian!"

"I booked this room after reading the reviews about Anne. What a gem, she did not disappoint. She made us a delicious breakfast, welcomed us with warmth every time we saw her, did our laundry for us… she is a seasoned pro and was one of the highlights of our trip. I could not recommend more. Thank you Anne for caring for us as if we were family. We hope to visit you again."

"Hotel was in an amazing location. And the staff was wonderful!! The room was extremely spacious and we comfortably had my husband, myself and adult daughter and partner. The only glitch was we ran out of hot water after 2 short showers. We would definitely stay here again!! You can’t beat the price for 4 person room in the city center. Easy walking to EVERYTHING! Also, room had washer and small kitchenette if needed."
