"Was everything we needed and the listing described the place perfectly. I lost my mom 3 years ago and recently lost my dad. My parents met in Motley and we have family that stills lives in the Motley/Staples area. We were looking for a place to connect with family, share memories and relax. The location was perfect, the home was great for visiting with family and it was especially wonderful being able to bring our dogs. The host was very responsive when I had questions before our stay and reached out to share additional information once we arrived. We will definitely rent again."

Lavish Renovated Lake Home on Shamineau - HIGHLY RATED!

"The house was exactly as described and represented in the photos - location is great on the lake and having the road between the house and lake was very chill and didn't impede that feeling of being 'at the lake' (the road has really low traffic)Having access to the dock was fantastic and although we didn't take advantage of it, there were lots of toys geared toward water activities in the garage - as well as a lovely gas grill that I know we'll use on a future visit.The interior was lovely, well stocked and very comfortable - the beds were great, the water pressure in the showers was good and all sorts of little details were covered... LOADS of beach towels, bug spray, SPF, coffee & filters... things that you can so readily overlook packing and want in a pinch, were accounted for.Already planning a return trip back next summer - but instead of staying a few nights, we'll be there for an entire week!"

"Family loved it, the kids lived in the pool. We had plenty to do and mostly hung out around the place. We had an issue with the hot tub and the host was very responsive, proactive and helpful. Would definitely return."
