"The room and common areas were in quite poor condition."

"Amazing stay here. We booked this hotel on a Monday during a road trip and stayed at a Hilton the following night in another city (which was horrible) . On our way back we were looking for other hotels to book and we were so paranoid about risking and staying at another crap hole we decided to go back to the Crafts man. Friendly staff, clean room and property. It was a no brainer. Would stay again."

"Place was nice with a big room and bathroom as well as a gym. Check in and Check out was very easy. However, there was a weird old smell to the place. "

"No rooms ready at check in time. Then, no a/c because the building was still in heat mode. Service recovery= open a window. Room 82 degrees. Every major hotel I’ve ever stayed at can do heat or cooling as needed anytime. Not sure why this modern hotel can not in 2026. On the flipside, the breakfast was first class and made up for the hot and humid night. "
