"Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier. "

"Room was smaller than expected for the price, some peeling wallpaper, some tiles in the shower and the bathroom door showed past water damage. Room was cleaned every day, staff was helpful, they handled parking the car. Excellent location by Lincoln Center and Broadway. Rooftop bar pricey but excellent service and view. "

"An extremely convenient location with good rooms, amenities, and very friendly staff. The elevators were malfunctioning during my stay which kind of dampened the experience. But overall, in terms of price and location, it’s hard to beat it."

"My stay was okay for the price. I would have rated 5 but the air conditioning wasn’t the best. The entire property runs pretty warm. I had the AC running for hours at the minimum temp and highest fan speed, but it didn’t do much. Hovered around 76 degrees during the day. Luckily I was able to open a window to get fresh air. It’s not a big deal breaker but it is good to know if you’re a hot sleeper."

"Rooms were very clean and hotels in a good location. Not too noisy but easy access to Penn, MSG, Times Square, Theatre district and Hudson Yards. Kevin at the front desk was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable and he put customers at ease. The hotel is already ageing though. Such a shame. For example, the interior of the elevators are beginning to show signs of wear, though. It’s not surprising, because it is a public space. Still a great hotel though. I would stay here again , as long as the price is right. Warning!!!! A junk $81 was added to the bill even though I had made full payment at Hotels.com. This is irritating, and should have been disclosed or customers should have been forewarned at the time of booking. Hotels.com MUST do better about this."
