The checkin staff was so friendly and helpful - went out of her way with a smile to accommodate us early, provide great information and prepare an early breakfast tray. "The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was always fresh and a very good selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a penthouse suit which we felt could have been a bit bigger and we also had to get 2 x lifts and 2 x small flights of stairs to get to our room from the pool area. We also had a problem with one of the lifts which got stuck in between floors. We were with 4 other people for about 15 to 20 minutes which was extremely hot and uncomfortable and quite frightening and stressful. We had to eventually step out onto a small stepladder as the door still wouldn’t open properly. Apart from this we had a great holiday and would probably go back again (but not use the lift)!"
