We were also fortunate to enjoy perfect weather throughout our six-night stay, making an already beautiful resort experience even more memorable."

"The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was always fresh and a very good selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a penthouse suit which we felt could have been a bit bigger and we also had to get 2 x lifts and 2 x small flights of stairs to get to our room from the pool area. We also had a problem with one of the lifts which got stuck in between floors. We were with 4 other people for about 15 to 20 minutes which was extremely hot and uncomfortable and quite frightening and stressful. We had to eventually step out onto a small stepladder as the door still wouldn’t open properly. Apart from this we had a great holiday and would probably go back again (but not use the lift)!"

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem.
