Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used linens and towels on the floor infront of the washing machines
Please take all trash (both bathrooms, and kitchen) to the provided cans at the end of the driveway
Please make sure the AC is set to 78 or Heat to 50, turm off all lights, and lock both front and back doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not leave any food or drink outside. Bears, Raccons, Oppossum and many other animals are not wanted on the deck.
Please contact us immediatly if anything breaks or supplies run out. Only one extra roll of TP and paper towles, garbage bag is left on site.
