However, at checkout, the staff appeared unfamiliar with the billing details and advised me to follow up with management by email or phone instead. This resulted in additional time and inconvenience after my vacation to resolve billing issues."

"Easiest check-in I’ve ever had, really friendly staff too! Chic design throughout, especially the cocktail bar, with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately the games room and gym were disappointing. Small to the point of misleading, under construction and shared with a condo. But that was a pretty minor issue. Overall a great experience and I’ll go back. "

"No did not use gym. Breakfast was only a girl filling up Costco muffins and chocolate filled pasty. Yogurt and fruit. Very very basic. No eggs or warm food. Coffee machine only had hot chocolate or sweet French vanilla. They didn’t make any regular coffee. The coffee yearns were empty. So it’s like no breakfast included. More like snacks "
