Our linens were refreshed every other day. The breakfast was at the ihop and consisted of 2x2x2 2 eggs scrambled, 2 bacon or sausage, 2 pieces of toast with apple juice, orange juice, or coffee or a bowl of cereal with fruit. Parking was not included. The listing needs to be updated. The gym looked clean and easy to access.

Convenient for a short stay. Right off of 395. Many shops & fast food across highway. IHOP connected although we did not eat there. Close to Washington DC, went to see National Park, less than 20 minutes away. Room clean, area quiet. Water pressure when showering very low. Bathrooms are tiny. Would stay there again for overnight as we did or 2 nights.

Hotel is clean and pleasant fragrance when you walk in the lobby. Staff( front desk and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful. Two of my family members forgot their toothbrushes which was provided ( complimentary) by front desk staff. Complimentary breakfast was provided by IHOP which was on-site. Breakfast was great.
