⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Yousif at the reception and the luggage carrier for being so helpful, courteous, and professional. They were extremely attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Crowne Plaza team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

I only stayed for one night at Crown plaza hotel. Lovely hotel, but unfortunately I got the dreaded tummy bug during my stay. The hotel is lovely and my bedroom was clean and very comfortable. 8/10

This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.

The nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Egypt. I’ve been to Egypt many times but this is the best :) The staff are so kind and helpful - especially Rewan, Menna, Shrouk, Monir and Osama. Would definitely recommend!!

Housekeeping wasn't done every day. On most days, we had to put out the sign saying service was required before our room was cleaned. It took a while for water, towels, and robes to be brought to the room. The breakfast was okay, although there weren't many options available. During my stay, a fire broke out in an adjacent building and spread into the hotel. The hotel had no fire alarms, and the only way I was notified about the fire was through a friend. Some guests were in the middle of massages, and the masseuses left them on the massage beds when they heard about the fire. The hotel needs proper fire training from top to bottom. Smoke from the fire had gotten into the building, and when we used the stairs to evacuate, we could barely see or breathe. The hotel made no attempt to refund guests for their unfinished massage sessions, accepted no responsibility for the fire, and offered no compensation whatsoever.

The building and facility is nice, but there is a night club on the 1st floor and it is extremely loud, like Rave loud, until the early morning hours. If you want to sleep, do not book this hotel. In general, this hotel is more of an event center than it is a hotel. There is nothing the staff can do about this noise issue, it's just clear that the owners are not concerned about their guests' ability to sleep, are rather basic function of a hotel, but they just don't care. Is an adequate facilty, but I will never book this place again.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel offers a service for a day trip to the beach which I really enjoyed. All the staff were helpful to get this set up for me. I highly recommend this hotel to others who are visiting Egypt for the first time!
