Attached on to the original Old Smiddy blacksmiths this lovely apartment has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with plenty of activities nearby plus restaurants. Within walking distance to shops and pubs. There is a private entrance with parking, small hallway with shower room off. Livingroom with Lindsay tartan carpet. Family bedroom with large king size bed and connecting room with single bed sleeps 3 people in curtained large room. En-suite attached. Electric blankets on beds, hairdryer and clock radios. New for 2025 Wren fitted kitchen with everything required. Fridge/freezer, washer/drier, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc. Bus stop near door taking you either to east side of Loch Lomond or to Glasgow.

Fiona's apartment was perfect for our stay in the Loch Lomond area. It was a great launch point for various hikes, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay at the Old Smiddy Apartment! Fiona was very welcoming, and the apartment was lovely, with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and well looked after, and I found the stream running through very relaxing too. It was a nice walk along the stream to shops, restaurants and shores.
This apartment was perfect for my family & I. We were able to walk to Loch Lomond and the locals shops and restaurants in Balloch. Fiona & David are true gems.
