The hotel is great, all amenities are well kept and the location is amazing.
The only thing we had a bit of an issue with is a strange vibe of some staff members not being too helpful, not welcoming and one of them actually very sarcastic and passive aggressive , some refusing to speak English. Quite disappointing because the hotel itself is great.

A very comfortable hotel not too far from the city centre. The pool and hot tub were only lightly heated in January which was disappointing, however the service and amenities were excellent . Hotel in a very convenient location with access to bus, metro and main line stations. Rooms adequate for 3/4 day stay. Larger wardrobe space would help. Area for tea/ coffee making very poor.. Hotel staff were very good and friendly. Breakfast good with plenty of selection.
