The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. Not truly located in the village of Gamberale. It is about 4 miles down the mountain side and is near the highway. The hotel itself isn't bad but has no surrounding amenities. May be good for a large family gathering.
