This rustic country house is about a 30-minute drive from the coast.
It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen-living room with a fireplace and TV, 2 covered porches, a charcoal grill, and patio furniture.

The property
The country house offers approximately 100 m² of living space, a living room with an open kitchenette, 2 bathrooms (renovated in 2021/24—one of which is en suite), and 4 bedrooms with built-in closets, as well as a beautiful porch and pool.
2 air conditioners: 1 in the living room and 1 in the hallway leading to the bedrooms (both new as of November 2023/24)

The well-equipped kitchen was newly installed in 2021 and features a modern dishwasher (AEG quality); oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. There is also a new freestanding refrigerator with three freezer compartments. Kitchen herbs (rosemary, bay leaves) are planted in the garden, right next to the brick outdoor grill.

The entire house and the terrace are finished with handcrafted traditional terracotta tiles, which have been made and processed from local clay for centuries.

From the 100 m² outdoor terrace and the covered veranda, you can enjoy—whether in the sun or in the shade—a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline.

An air conditioner in the hallway leading to the bedrooms ensures pleasant nighttime temperatures even in the height of summer. There is another air conditioner in the living room. There is also a good standing fan.
For heating during cooler months, you can use the air conditioners as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room; and there is also a portable gas heater.

Wi-Fi, a new washing machine, satellite TV, towels, and bed linens are included in the price.

In addition to the kitchen-living room, the accommodation offers 8 sleeping spots in 4 separate bedrooms. The entire house is available for use.

Additional important information
Upon arrival, you will meet the property management team (German, English, Spanish) in Sayalonga and be escorted to the house.

The access road from Sayalonga to the finca runs along an approximately 4 km long, mostly paved dirt road and is accessible by a standard passenger car.
There is also a 6.5-kilometer-long dirt road, also accessible by a standard passenger car, that leads directly to the sea—the beautiful beach in El Morche can be reached in 25 minutes.

The airport is about 50 km away, and Málaga is about 45 km away.
