A very special holiday as we haven’t seen our New Zealand family in over 5 years. The villa was very spacious and welcoming and having a private pool made it even more special. Keith the owner was excellent in his communication with me and answered all my questions which made it even more relaxing before we even arrived. Edgar who managed the property was so friendly and welcoming, we had a very slight issue with the pool lights and Edgar sorted it the very next day. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area and it’s surroundings which was a great help. The property was cleaned once a week with fresh linen and towels. The pool man came once a week to check the pool. You do need a car to get around. Our holiday was amazing the only negative was the two weeks flew by and it was time to come home. Thank you Keith for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa hope to come back next year

What a lovely apartment. From the time we booked the communication was perfect. We had all details needed for check in very quickly. information about the surroundings. I had a bit of trouble finding the property from the address but Edgar replied immediately with directions. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. We hadnt realised there were two apartments next to each other but we were the only ones there for our stay. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Very peaceful. Very nice pool.

The property was in a really peaceful, quiet location which was not overlooked. It is a really lovely, well maintained villa suitable for both a large group or two families and all essentials were available. The manager and owner were very accommodating when we changed the numbers at quite short notice even allowing us to arrive early and stay late.

Séjour exceptionnel !
Tout était présent pour passer un excellent séjour. La piscine était grande et appréciée après une bonne journée de marche. Les deux maisons permettent d’avoir une certaine intimité tout en étant proche. La situation géographique est parfaite. Les maisons sont bien équipées : il manquait peut-être des objets gonflables pour la piscine et du sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre dans la cuisine.

La maison elle est bien spacieuse, la piscine aussi très bien. Le seul bémol c’est la literie dans les grandes chambres, il est temps de les remplacer. Le nettoyage est fait mais superficiel, peut mieux faire. En général tout s’est bien passé et on a passé de bonnes vacances.

Ein herrlicher Ort für entspannte und unkomplizierte Tage
Wir waren da zu siebt für 10 Tage - und haben es sehr genossen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötigt. Die beiden Küchen haben wir uns in etwa aufgeteilt in Frühstück bzw. Abendessen. Dass in den Queensbetten für 2 Personen eine Decke vorgesehen ist, ist nicht für jeden Mitteleuropäer der Hit. Die Lage des Hauses ist allerdings schon der Hit. Tatsächlich ruhige und ländliche Umgebung, und dabei doch nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zum herrlichen Strand von Benagil (Kleiner Schwimmexkurs zur Höhle - oder Kajak mieten). Wer will, kann weiter die Küste entlangwandern - einfach gigantisch. Mit dem Auto ist binnen max. 1,25 Stunden nahezu jeder Ort an der südlichen Algarve erreichbar - ob einsam oder geschäftig. Wer zum Wandern auch ins Bergland von Monchique möchte, sollte bedenken, dass dort im August 2018 großflächige Waldbrände wüteten, und die Beschreibung "Schattige Wälder" zur Zeit nicht zutrifft. Der Ort Monchique ist dennoch sehr charmant und einen Besuch wert. Wieder "zuhause" ist der Pool ist gepflegt, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist mittlerweile (anders als auf den Fotos) zum Schutz für Kinder mit einem kleinen Zaun und Türl beidseitig der Dusche vom Wohn-/Terrassenbereich abgetrennt. Als das Duschwasser draußen mal nicht ordentlich ablief, war Edgar prompt zur Stelle. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, wir waren 7 Leute und wir haben einen Traumurlaub gehabt!
Anlage exakt wie auf den Bildern, unglaubliche Aussicht, tolles Pool, ganz nah an vielen Stränden. 2 Waschmaschinen und eine große Wäscheleine waren sehr hilfreich - wir waren 2 Wochen da. Hausmeister ist unglaublich nett und war sofort da, als das Internet nicht ging, hat die Box ausgetauscht. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Very pleasant!
We had a very pleasant stay. Geraldo Diaz who looks after the villa was very helpful and friendly. The house is in a very good condition. The pool was cleaned regularly. We can really recommend it! You can easily walk to the sea by foot (15min only). At night it can be a little cold outside. Therefore, fleece blankets or jackets would be advisable. We have discovered a very good Indian restaurant "Paradise" in Carcoveiera (the food is delicious!!) and we had a lot of fun in "Tapas no Bucho" in Lagoa (very nice waiters; however, don't order too much! The food is a bit greasy)

A casa esta bem situada numa aldeia bem calma a menos de 20 minutos de todos os lugares populares. O dono da casa e o gerente foram sempre atensiosos e recorreram às nossas necessidades quando contactados. Eu recomendo está casa de férias a todos os viajantes.

Rustiek gelegen, schoon en praktisch.
De villa ligt in een mooi en rustiek gedeelte van de Algarve, met Carvoeira en andere steden, bezienswaardigheden makkelijk in bereik. Het huis is schoon, praktisch en geschikt voor 8 personen zoals onze familie. Het zwembad is genieten en wordt zeer regelmatig schoon gemaakt. De beheerder is erg vriendelijk en voorkomend. Er is helaas geen airco aanwezig maar de ventilatoren door de beheerder gebracht, maakten de hoge temperaturen enigszins dragelijk 's nachts.

Rustig en mooi gelegen!
Heerlijk dubbel huis. Ideaal voor 2 families. De beheerder was enorm vriendelijk en deed erg zijn best om voor alles te zorgen. Hij heeft zelfs een nieuwe kinderstoel gekocht omdat deze niet aanwezig was. Vanaf het huis heb ik prachtige kustwandelingen gemaakt en met de auto waren de mooie strandjes snel te bereiken.
