Staff were great. Rooms clean and well maintained. Good selection at breakfast. Limited sun loungers around roof top pool so get there early. Traffic noise at front of hotel was an issue with taxi's dropping off during the night. Maybe ask for room at rear of hotel.

A modern hotel 3 years old in lovely condition. Comfortable room with mod cons , walk in shower although watch the mixer tap which you hit with back turned. Avoid rooms facing entrance/street noise of motorbikes, dogs barking & church bells. Change my room to different side of building and I’d stay again. Ideally suited for train station to Faro etc , short walk to main promenade and markets. Nice back streets to explore with nice less expensive restaurants and good Portuguese cooking. We never ate in hotel so no comment on food. Drinks are clearly dearer than bars etc outside. Roof top bar & pool is nice although pool is more plunging than swim and could be well be busy in height of season given lack of beach. Staff all courteous and friendly.

The staff are the absolute core of the hotel everyone I had contact with was high level of professionalism ..very helpful and friendly . The only let down that would stop.me returning is the morning drilling every morning ..

Best stay ever
The staff were amazing right from the beginning all the way to the end. Made me feel like no question or need was silly. Rooms were amazing and comfy and rooftop had amazing views. I did not have breakfast here however there is no other food the hotel offers. I could not find a local restaurant that I liked however faro had many which is only a €10 Uber. The walk is also only 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

New and clean hotel. Well located
Comfortable and clean room as well as bathroom. Staff was generally attentive and helpful. Didn't like the fact that they don't provide a coffee machine in the room but the rooftop bar offers coffee and drinks at a reasonable price for a hotel. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. We always came in early for breakfast and enjoyed warm bread and pastries. Parking was limited and a bit pricey in my opinion. Would stay again but would probably try public parking instead.

Our stay here was excellent; the room was spotless and had a great shower. The staff in the roof bar were so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel was an amazing stay. Was super clean and the room was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They allowed us an early check in which was great. The pool and bar on the roof was so amazing and we got to watch a beautiful sunset. The staff helped us with ferry location and times and even had beach umbrellas to borrow which was great! Olhão was such an authentic stay and a great town. The breakfast was just ok for the price but super convenient. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Nothing special
Nothing special about this hotel at all, despite the "concept" label. Our room was small and rather cramped, with very little storage space for clothes or personal effects - more shelves, drawers and hooks would help; and the shower room was very poorly thought out, so that it was difficult to stand in the shower without knocking the tap closed. The personal check-in device was so confusing that the hotel desk staff had to intervene to help with the process. The rooftop pool was small, and the sunbeds quickly became fully occupied; and the cocktail did not serve negronis or margaritas. We only had one breakfast at the hotel, which was decent enough, aside from the very weird tasting coffee. The best thing about the hotel is its location, halfway between the old town and the railway station. We'll definitely return to Olhāo, which is a lovely town, but we'll find somewhere else to stay.

A great spot
We had a great one week stay. Bed was incredibly comfortable and gorgeous shower room. Everything was modern and immaculately kept. Roof terrace and pool was good. However, we and a few other people felt the pool would benefit from a hand rail to help the less mobile people get in and out of the pool. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. This is a town centre hotel, so don’t expect great views from your room, but the views from the roof terrace were stunning. It’s very centrally located and an easy walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and the ferry out to the islands of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and will most certainly return.
