Typical house in the village of Fuseta, air conditioned, recently acquired and completely renovated. Located in a very quiet area. It has been decorated with extreme care with marine motifs. Distributed over two floors with an internal staircase. On the upper floor is the children's bedroom, and the master bedroom and a bathroom. The covered terrace is also on the upper floor. The living room, a bedroom and the kitchen are on the lower floor, as is one of the bathrooms. On the 1st floor of the terrace you can have an outdoor meal and enjoy the sun.
The villa can accommodate 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children, and can accommodate more children if necessary.

La maison de Laurentino et Isabel a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes, nous y avons passĂ© 10 jours Ă  6 dont 2 enfants de 8 et 9 ans. Chacun sa chambre et les 2 salle de bain c’était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup profitĂ© de la terrasse le soir et le matin au petit dĂ©jeuner. L’emplacement est parfait avec plage et restaurants Ă  pieds ainsi que supĂ©rette Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Merci Ă  Isabel pour son accueil, toutes ses explications et son français !!! Nous recommandons ce logement !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr Zentral und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das einzige die SpĂŒhlmaschinen Schubladen waren sehr verrostet, sodass wir die SpĂŒhlmaschine nicht benutzt haben, da wir es nicht so lecker fanden.

Das Haus lag tatsĂ€chlich 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber, schön möbliert, sehr schön dekoriert und es waren genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche vorhanden. Wir haben sogar Schirme fĂŒr den Strand gefunden. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab alles was man auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte gebrauchen konnte. Große Terrasse, Waschmaschine, Bett und Stuhl fĂŒrs Baby war alles da. Fuseta ist ein kleiner Ort, aber hat alles was man braucht: Strand, Bootsanleger fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants. Es gibt wenig Tourismus und man ist ĂŒberwiegend unter Portugiesen. Hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei kleine Abstriche gab es im Haus vielleicht. Einerseits die Ameisen, die natĂŒrlich nicht ausbleiben in einem Haus. Aber sie waren ziemlich nervig. Andererseits die AbflĂŒsse und der Geruch aus dem oberen Badezimmer. Man hatte uns auch vorher erklĂ€rt dass wir möglichst keinen Sand in die Dusche spĂŒlen. Dennoch was der Abfluss verstopft. Aber es war alles nicht so schlimm und so ist es in einem Ă€lteren Haus eben manchmal. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Sehr erholsam und schön, Fuzeta ist ein ruhiger ĂŒberschaubarer Ort,alles zu Fuß begehbar,sehr freundliche Menschen, viele Restaurants mit gutem Angeboten, viele kleine MĂ€rkte zum Einkaufen, ein schöner sauberer Strand an der Lagune,gut mit Kindern nutzbar, der lange Sandstrand direkt am Atlantik fĂŒr lange SpaziergĂ€nge, wir hatten eine sehr ruhige und schöne Zeit in Laurentinos Haus, wurden von den Vermietern liebevoll betreut, es fehlte nichts, unser kleiner Enkelsohn war vom Haus und dem Strand begeistert, ein stimmiges VerhĂ€ltnis zwischen Einheimischen und den nicht zu vielen Touristen . Wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen.

Passamos duas semanas nessa casa, adormos a praia e o vilarejo. A casa estava limpa e tinha tudo que precisavamos. Curtimos especialmente a varanda onde grilhamos peixes. Por causa da escada não recomendamos a casa para famílias com crianças pequenas ou idosos.

Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben. Sauber und ordentlich. Bequeme Betten und gute Ausstattung. Wir hatten aber Probleme mit der warm Wasser Versorgung die nur an zwei Tagen wirklich normal funktioniert hat. Die Vermieter haben sich gekĂŒmmert und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Leider konnte man das Problem nicht wirklich lösen. Ansonsten aber alles gut. Perfekte Lage nah zum Wasser.

TrÚs bon accueil de la propriétaire , le logement est de restauration récente et trÚs bien aménagé . Attention l'accÚs à l'étage se fait par un escalier en colimaçon trÚs étroit . La maison est trÚs bien située dans petite impasse calme à proximité des restaurants sans en avoir la nuisance . La plage de la lagune est à 10 mm à pied . Super séjour .

Cette maison de village, située prÚs de la plage de Fuseta, a été rénovée avec goût, mais des travaux au marteau piqueur dans le mur mitoyen l'a rendu inhabitable en journée, les jours de semaine lors de notre location.Pour les personnes véhiculées, il n'est pas facile de trouver une place de stationnement .La propriétaire s'en est excusée, mais nos vacances ont néanmoins été rythmées au marteau piqueur et au paracetamol.Ce n'était pas dans notre programme et nous aurions choisi une autre location si nous avions été informés de ces travaux particuliÚrement bruyants qui faisaient vibrer toute la maison.

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette magnifique maison de pĂȘcheurs restaurĂ©e avec beaucoup de soins. Quel plaisir de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse. La maison est de plus entiĂšrement climatisĂ©e et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Le village de Fuseta est une base idĂ©ale pour dĂ©couvrir toutes les merveilles de l’est de l’Algarve. Tout est accessible en moins de 30 minutes de voiture. Il y a une plage trĂšs pratique Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pieds. Et l’embarcadĂšre pour rejoindre les magnifiques plages de l’üle de Fuseta est Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă©galement Ă  pieds. Pour couronner le tout la communication avec Laurentino et Isabelle fut excellente. Nous recommandons vivement cette trĂšs belle adresse. Les enfants et nous avons quittĂ© avec beaucoup de peine cette maison si attachante. Bravo et merci pour tout !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Fuseta. Das blitzsaubere HĂ€uschen liegt in zentraler Lage von Fuseta, fusslĂ€ufig zu Restaurants, GeschĂ€ften und zum Strand. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr Familien! Der Kontakt mit Laurentino und Isabel war stets freundlich und unkompliziert.
