  • The apartment consists of a fine living room with a balcony and three large windows overlooking the ramparts promenade, two comfortable sofa beds, two tables, air conditioning and television; a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer); an utility room with washing machine and ironing; a more sheltered sleeping area, facing down town, where there are one large bedroom with double bed (or two single beds), a large closet, air conditioning and a little balcony, and two bathrooms with shower (one is inside the bedroom with window). Free and unlimited wi-fi and also for free air conditioning for fresh air in Summer and heating in Winter are offered. Third floor, no lift.



    The flat also offers sheets and towels, hair dryer, a cot for children up to three years and a baby chair free on demand, many books and magazines about the city and Sardinia island and travels.

    Excellent mix of practicality and refinement the apartment is ideal for a relaxing and romantic holiday.
