The staff was fantastic; they made great suggestions about where to eat, which beaches to go to and how to get there on public transportation. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed in Alghero for a day, and we picked the ideal hotel for our overnight stay. The hotel had everything that we wanted location-wise - short walk to the sights and dining, quiet and safe. The room was simple but clean (large bathroom!) and breakfast was good. We were also offered free onsite parking. Thank you!

We stayed at Hotel Angedras for one night, and it was a very positive experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. Marina at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful in answering our questions. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

A very pleasant surprise! The room was clean and spacious, ideal for our family of four. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, definitely not a deal-breaker in our case.

Friendly, clean and quiet
Enjoyed this quiet spot just outside of town. Clean and friendly service. Room simple but comfortable, with terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and in a pretty setting. Ten minute walk to an amazing beach bar with music, lounge chairs and (rocky) swim area. Small sand beach also nearby. Best beaches are driving distance.

There was no private beach near the hotel. The picture of the dinning view is from their restaurant that is the town. The laundry facilities, they need a day an half for them to do them. The customers service was good. The ladies were very friendly. It is walking distance to the town.

The hotel was a short bike ride (3-5min) from the old city center, great location, a bit quieter. The rooms are nice and simple, the hotel as a whole feels very authentic and charming. Breakfast was special sitting outside on a beautiful balcony with sun shining in your face. Wonderful way to start the day.

Beautiful Alghero
Good location just outside of busy historic center. Great service and friendly staff. Lovely patio for relaxation, as well as a lovely, but crowded,breakfast patio. Overall, a great place to stay in Alghero.

Wonderful stay
This was a very nice hotel, close to but not in the old town which made it very quiet. Parking available under building and on street for free. The room and bathroom were both a good size. Not seafront but we could see a speck of sea from our balcony. The breakfast was amazing: cereal, fruit,eggs, cheese meat and sweets. Front desk staff very nice.

Great place to stay in Alghero.
Great! It is typical Italian, far enough from the main part of town to be quiet and close enough to walk back and forth. Staff is excellent and multilingual.

Nice place
Nice hotel a few blocks from the city center. Decent size room and a nice bathroom with good hot water and pressure. Daily maid service was good. Front desk receptionist was courteous and friendly. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. I would stay here again. Decent value.

Great location & great staff
We chose this hotel mainly because it offered parking. It's easy to find by road and there is parking both on-site and on-road. The location is great - only 15 minutes walking by the sea and slightly less using the more direct (but boring) route). The team were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are two associated restaurants where you can get a discount. Both are good but Osteria Macchiavello was our favourite of the two. Alghero is a lovely town and this is a great hotel.

Modern and friendly
The hotel feels modern and well maintained. Everything was in good order and well presented. The staff were all very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a mini fridge for our use, a good television and adequate space for storage. The bathroom was again spacious with a good shower. I did have problems in stopping the powerful shower from causing mini flooding as the glass doors don't entirely seal off the shower area. Breakfast in the Angedras is very pleasant, especially the location. You can sit outside and enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine. The food on offer is somewhat limited but fresh and of good quality. There's little hot food available other than toasted cheese sandwiches, which were lovely, but nice continental breakfast options.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just a bit away from the town. Air con is independant Japanese made so that was very good. Breakfast variety is limited but we don't complain for this as we ate so much in the evenings... If it would have been slightly closer to the town or beaches, it would be much nicer, but I guess that will come with the prices. Oh, staffs were very nice!

Good neighbourhood and 24 hr reception!
The location is In a neighbourhood just 800 m out of old town Alghero and parking is easy along the street or underground at the hotel. There is always a staffed reception 24 hr which is great . Continental breakfast is plentiful and pleasing . There are 2 offsite decent restaurants by the sea wall in old town own by the same owners with 10% discount .

Quiet and peaceful area 10 mins from Old Town.
The quiet side of town, 10 mins walk to Old Town - Great if you like a peaceful nights sleep and low noise. 10 min pleasant walk to the Old Town - The hotels connected restaurants are also very nice and top quality food with tentative service. There is a Bus stop a couple of streets away that goes to Maria Pia (The Best Beach in my opinion) Get off the bus near the hospital and walk (3 mins). BOOK BIKES IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT THEM (Also, they are not free). Excellent breakfast, sit in/out and tentative staff and good choice of food/coffee.
