Located in Alghero, the recently renovated Villa Ginevra offers 66 m² of comfortable space for up to 4 guests. You’ll find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped private kitchen. The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and family-friendly amenities, including a cot and high chair available on request.



Outside, enjoy both covered and open private terraces, perfect for relaxing among the olive trees that surround the property. The shared outdoor pool, also set among the olives, provides a peaceful, natural setting. There’s an outdoor shower near the pool for extra convenience during your stay.



Shared parking is available on site. Pets are welcome on request; they must be supervised and kept close, as dogs, cats, and horses also live on the property and are well cared for. The owners live on the premises (not in your accommodation) and are available for local tips.



Events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in shared areas. No diving, splashing, or shouting is allowed in the pool to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. Guests are required to sort waste for daily collection (except Sundays).
