"It was a great property, very peaceful, and secluded… The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant are fabulous food… And the bartender was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The staff was nice and the location was nice, but our first room the shower head did not work and we found 2 bugs by our bed. They offered to move us rooms but we needed to wait at least an hour for a clean room (this was at 7:30pm, late check in due to sports) our new room had clearly not been cleaned well, tables had food and drinks residue and to top it off we could not get any warm/hot water in the shower. "

"Staff said breakfast not included. Bedding had stains. Carpet needed to be vacuumed better. Hairs in the tub. Vent in restroom ceiling was dirty. Definitely needed a better cleaning. We've stayed at Hiltons before so this was below the standards of other Hilton hotels. "

"Nothing much around as restaurants. There are Japanese store near by but that’s about it. Hotel stuff were amazing and very friendly yet Hotel itself seems very outdated in HolidayInn standards. Just staying overnight is okay. "

"I would rate this hotel as good to excellent if not for one employee. I stayed two nights and all the staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were customer friendly and efficient with one exception. I returned back to the main entrance of the hotel on the second night after a long day of attending a burial and memorial service. I made the mistake of asking the person standing at the concierge desk to clarify the direction of the room elevators. He responded demanding to know my room # that I had not committed to memory. His hostility made me feel more like somewhere attempting to cross enemy lines than a paying guest of the hotel that employs him. Overall Chicago is one of the friendliest big cities, Hilton needs to lose this guy fast."

"Wonderful place to stay. Located close to convention center and many restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was the best! Everone was great and Lisa the manager was incredible and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay wonderful! She is the best!"
