"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very comfortable, clean and welcoming, exactly as described. The location was ideal for visiting Algonquin and the host gave us some great tips for looking for wildlife. It was useful that there are basic amenities such as groceries available in Whitney. Since we were travelling from overseas it was really helpful for have kitchen basics, linen and towels all provided in the cottage. We would definitely stay here if visiting Algonquin again!"

"Algonquin’s Edge Resort is a great property in a beautiful location, only about 20 minutes from the Algonquin Park East Gate, making it perfect for hiking, exploring, and getting into the park quickly. The grounds are well kept, the accommodations are clean, and the overall setting is peaceful. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the advertising felt misleading, especially around the dome experience and what’s actually included in the stay. The listing showed a small TV inside the dome, but when we arrived, there was no TV at all. The photos also suggested a lake view, but our dome faced directly into the bush, with no water view from the unit itself. It wasn’t clear from the booking page that certain amenities or views vary depending on the specific dome. That said, the property itself is lovely, the location is excellent, and the stay was enjoyable. I just think the resort would benefit from clearer descriptions and more accurate photos so guests know exactly what to expect."

"Not clear information about check-in and activities on the camping but we find owner to ask. BBQ seems not to work and no coffee or tea available with the kitchen, that was a pity. but the camping Is very nice, with lots of common space near the lake and kayak available to use. Unfortunately was raining, we cannot enjoy all those activities and also bathroom was a Little tricky to use with Rain since It Is out of the dome. But I can Imagine how beautiful Place It Is with sun"
