Holiday home on the outskirts of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Located just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín de la Torre and a twenty-minute drive from the historic center of Malaga, this house is the perfect choice for a group of 6 people who want to rest, without giving up the possibility of discovering the charms of the Costa del Sol.

The cozy interior area of the house has a living room with television with Google Chromecast and fireplace, a reading room with a wood stove and a fully equipped independent kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay without missing anything.

The house has fiber optic internet, 300 MB speed.

The house's six guests can rest in the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share the use of the second bathroom in the house, with a bathtub.

The bedrooms are opened according to the number of people who reserve the house. To open the third bedroom, you will have to pay the price for 6 people.

The three bedrooms, the reading room and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.

The outdoor area has a porch with an outdoor table, where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Steps connect the porch to the patio with pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor dining area, shaded by a tree. The house also has a portable barbecue.

Please note that the pool will only be available from May 1 to October 31.

Arrivals after 9 p.m. may have a late check-in supplement.

Access to the house is via a 50 meter dirt track.

Very Nice host and superb location

We were there for one week end of februari. The location is lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoying the kids to play in the big garden. Carlos the host and owner of the place is very kind and helpfull. He picked us up at the meeting point and told Isala about what we had to know.

Beautiful Property tranquil area

Everything you need for a great holiday. The area is peaceful and just a short drive to the beaches. Lovely outside area with plenty of choice for seating. The house itself has so much space and all the things you need to self cater. Carlos was in touch to arrange meeting and was very amenable. All together a wonderful time. We had twins that were provided with highchairs and cots and plastic crockery and cutlery.

Tolle Lage. Die Unterkunft ist innen und außen komplett ausgestattet. Schöner Swimmingpool, schöne Sonnenliegen, schöner Essbereich im Freien. Es gibt auch eine Garage, in der Sie Ihr Auto parken können. Das Haus hatte eine schöne Chill-Ecke, in der wir jeden Abend entspannen konnten. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, sodass Sie sie offen lassen können. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Auch das neue Badezimmer war wirklich fantastisch. Ich könnte noch ewig so weitermachen, mir fällt kein einziger negativer Punkt ein, es war einfach alles super!

Das Haus ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber und für 6 Personen auch wirklich ausreichend groß. Dreimal pro Woche kommt morgens ganz früh ein Gärtner der die Außenanlage und den Pool sauber macht. Diese Aktion läuft so ruhig und leise ab, dass man erst beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse merkt, dass er da war. Der Vermieter, Carlos, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns ist z. B. ein Sonnenschirm kaputt gegangen und wir haben gleich am nächsten Tag einen neuen bekommen bzw. der alte wurde repariert. Außerdem hat uns Carlos mit frisch geernteten Feigen aus seinem eigenen Garten versorgt, worüber wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut haben. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Dieses Haus ist wunderbar. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir reisten mit 2 Kleinkindern und dafür was es Perfekt! Der Pool ist hoch sodass die Kinder nicht reinfallen können, der Außenbereich und das Haus sind absolut sauber und unsere Kinder konnten überall krabbeln. Carlos ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und der Kontakt war super. Er war immer erreichbar und hatte auch super Tipps. Er hat sogar den Pool für uns früher geöffnet, da das Wetter mir 30 grad im April top war. Es gibt einen Carport, sodass das Auto auch bei heißen Temperaturen kühl bleibt. Das einzige was ich kritisieren würde ist die Größe der Betten. Sie sind zwar sehr bequem aber für 2 erwachsene etwas klein. Trotzdem würde ich diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Carlos. Es ist der ideale Ort, wenn Sie die Gegend erkunden möchten, da viele Dinge zu tun und zu sehen sind, wie zum Beispiel alte historische Städte, der Strand und lebhafte Orte wie Malaga und Madrid, die alle um die Ecke sind. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und konnten das Haus (den Garten) nicht in vollen Zügen genießen, verbrachten aber einige gemütliche Abende am Kamin. Carlos ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, wie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer.

Wir waren 2 1/2 Wochen in Alhaurin im Ferienhaus von Carlos. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Das Haus war tip top sauber und der Garten mit dem schönen Pool war sehr geflegt. 3 mal in der Woche kommt ein Gärtner und kümmert sich um die Anlage. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Alhaurin, in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt , Apotheke und eine Tankstelle. Die Entfernung zum Strand und den Touristenstädten wie Torremolinos und Benalmadena liegen ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Flughaben Malaga erreicht man in 15 Minuten. Ein Auto ist schon erforderlich. Carlos der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Er lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir baten bei Buchung uns den Pool noch offen zu halten und unser Wunsch wurde erfüllt, sodass wir trotz der niedrigen Wassertemperaturen den Pool noch nutzen konnten. Als Gastgeschenk gab es leckere Mandarinen aus eigenem Garten und im Kühlschrank stand Wasser. Carlos gab uns auch den Tipp für die Wandertour auf dem Caminito del Rey. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber unbedingt vorab buchen und am Besten mit einer Führung. Wir würden zu jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen und wünschen Carlos weiterhin viel Freude mit der Vermietung.
