"We really enjoyed our stay at the Big Texan Hotel. It has a great location. The whole vibe was a real Rt 66 " expierence. The room had a nice Texas flare. The only dissapointment was that there wasn't any kind of breakfast. It would have been nice to even have maybe a donut to curb the appetite. The ideal would be to get a guest discount at the Big Texan restaurant for breakfast! But overall it was good!. We would stay there again."

"Yes, this is in an older part of town and on a noisy road, but our room was surprisingly quiet and very clean and comfortable and everything worked well - we appreciated the large refrigerator. The property itself is very well-kept and the rooms have been renovated but not in any overly plastic way like at a Motel 6. There was good water pressure and drainage in the shower. We're happy we've discovered this place!"
