"I was allowed to check in before 3pm and was greeted by a very friendly and informative member of staff (Sorry I didn't get her name) The room was very clean and the bed linen was of a good quality. Shower was powerful and hot. Accom is very near to the town centre and about an easy 10 minute walk to beach. Complimentary bottle of water and couple of coffee pods for machine.Overall a nice place to stay."

"Great location; close to Alicante, Altea and the Beach; you can take a Bus right in front of the Hotel, however, you will need a Car if you like more freedom of movement. The provided breakfast is a great value and you will not find it anywhere else! Staying In the Hotel, will give you the feel of living in a Spanish Pueblo; will definitely stay here again in the future. The Staff are very friendly through out the Property. "easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. "The hotel was in a great location with easy parking and great facilities nearby. The room was spotless and comfortable and half way through our stay a brand new sofa was installed. Everything needed was provided and the only downside was some work was going on on the drains in front of the hotel so there was some noise occasionally, but this was a minor issue (and not the fault of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go...
