"Faltaban la mesa delante del sofá y la mesa de la TV..en su lugar la TV estaba sobre un aparador pequeño.Los primeros 2 días no había conexión wifi pero la anfitriona se ha implicado en resolverlo. Todo los demás funcionaba bien y el apartamento es cómodo. La finca tiene ascensor y la piscina es confortable. La playa y el centro a unos 10 minutos a pie.El sofá cama es un poco viejo pero en general la experiencia es recomendable."

"No nos asignaron la habitación que previamente habíamos acordado. Como alternativa nos dieron otro apartamento por una noche y otra para dos noches. En los dos apartamentos que estuvimos tuvimos que reclamar toallas y sabanas ( una noche tuvimos que dormir con las sabanas que nos prestaron los vecinos). Hemos intentado contactar con la responsable y no hemos tenido respuesta. Pedimos una compensación y tampoco se nos ha dado. Por lo tanto, no nos queda mas remedio que escribir reseñas negativas...

"The rooms were clean and it was nice that the hotel had a bar. The amenities offered were not as robust as a 4 star hotel in the US to include having to pay for bottled water and the in room coffee was substandard. We had paid for breakfast as part of our room rate but only ate breakfast once because the quality was so bad including the omelette station where the worker didn't even make a proper omelet with melted cheese. Overall the stay was good but the value as a 4 star hotel was not there."

"Amazing hotel with huge rooms and black out shutters. Two huge and great pools with outside showers. Very helpful staff and great food and drinks. I recommend asking the front desk for a taxi to where you’re going as Uber is more expensive and takes too long. Thank you Platio Golf Resort"

"Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it nine out of ten. Thank you; I will certainly return to this fantastic hotel."
