The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff.
If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

It was well managed, had all of the cooking amenities we needed, and was a lovely place to unwind and relax.
