Large clean house. Quiet location. Good pool and sandpit was an unexpected bonus.
The house was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were lovely - all large and plenty of space for at least 2 families. The kitchen was a bit tired although had everything you would need. The only thing I would say is you will need to take all your own cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc as there were no supplies (some rental places we have been to in the past provide these). The outdoor space was lovely - the pool was a good size and the sandpit was an added bonus for the children. In terms of the area, it is very quiet and secluded but within 20 minutes drive of a small town and 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach (may be more vibrant in summer months). My husband surfed every day and the location was perfect. Very good restaurants near by (Sector B burgers on route to Arrifana and the pizzeria are good as is the See You Surf Cafe just above Arrifana beach).

Fantastic house with great indoors and outdoors facilities
We were absolutely happy to spend a week at his great house with nice, modern and tasteful interior and a quiet patio with pool. The kitchen had all the basic and a little more to make it your home -the place was very clean and the host very attentive to our questions and requests- we will for sure recommend this house and we are eager to come back and enjoy it another time.

Very nice stay with my Family.
We (family with two boys) were in the house for one week in August. The house was even better than expected from the photos, especially the obviously new pool area. Everything was clean and nice. There are very nice beaches in the area, especially Monte Clerigo. And: we can absolutely suggest to hike at the coast in Rota Vicentina. The einer was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the very nice vacation.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders der Poolbereich war noch schöner gestaltet als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hilfreich und schnell.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit toller Terrasse und Pool. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. 👍 um an die Strände zu gelangen, ist es gut, wenn man ein Auto hat.

Séjour à Vale da Telha
Tout était parfait dans cette location : magnifique villa trèspropre et spacieuse, super équipée. Le cadre était idéal pour de nombreuses balades en VTT sur les nombreux sentiers environnant. Belles petites plages situées a proximité en pied de falaise, et nombreuses excursions possibles sur Lagos, Portimao, Albufeira. Nous regrettons juste le micro-climat de Vale da Telha durant notre sejour qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine. Attention aux invasions de moustiques en fin de journée : n'oubliez pas vos lotions de protection.

Ponto prévio, comunicação com o proprietário foi rápida sem período de ausência ou não resposta. Por aí, os hóspedes não terão queixas. Para o valor pago, já não se pode dizer o mesmo. Ficam três sugestões de melhoria de processos ou reparações. O anúncio refere 3 quartos, mas um dos quartos estava trancado. Se por alguma razão precisássemos de ficar em isolamento, ou se os miúdos quisessem, a meio da estadia, ficar cada um no seu quarto. Não houve uma explicação para isso, nem uma compensação pela impossibilidade de usufruirmos dessa divisão. Ao longo da estadia, emanava da casa-de-banho completa, do piso térreo, um cheiro horrível, presumivelmente, da tampa de esgoto. Numa época de calor e numa zona já de si com imensos, aquela casa-de-banho era um íman para melgas e mosquitos. Tivemos que espalhar vários aparelhos contra insectos e também ambientadores. Na casa-de-banho do piso 1, após os banhos havia sempre água que escorria para o chão, desafiando a lógica de onde vinha e como evitar.
