"Good position for walk into town. Reception staff originally had no note of my telephoned special request for rooms. Later, another Receptionist found the note and all was ok. Updated rooms but one still sporting old wallpaper at the back of clothing hanging space. Restaurant in older part of hotel needs an update. All very brown. In general staff are good and our bar snack ( tapas) and coffees etc were very nice. "

"Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "

"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. "One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour.
