"The staff were friendly, our room was lovely/clean with pretty interior. It was a great location and easy to get around. Located just a min away from Ravello’s villa, cathedral, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotels food was nice but I’d Highly recommend Da Nonno Alfonso! The food was amazing and it’s only an 8 min walk from the hotel. The bus stop is located near the hotel and it’s roughly 30min to the Amalfi coast. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

Do not go unless you are prepared for them. 3) They also will charge to carry your bags to and from your rooms. We were quoted 10 euros, but I negotiated down to 5. Otherwise, everything was great. "
