    Welcome to Leumeah, a peaceful four-bedroom country retreat set on approximately 1.25 acres in beautiful Allambee Reserve.
    Surrounded by rural views, established gardens and open space, Leumeah is ideal for families, groups and couples looking to slow down, reconnect and enjoy a relaxed Gippsland escape. Spend your days relaxing on the sun-filled deck, wandering the garden, enjoying the solar-heated pool in the warmer months, gathering around the fire pit, or sharing a meal on the back veranda looking across the hills.
    The home has a warm, storybook feel with soaring cathedral ceilings, light-filled living spaces, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
    Leumeah feels private and secluded, while still being within easy reach of Yarragon, Mirboo North and nearby Gippsland towns.

    The space
    Leumeah is designed for relaxed country living, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces suited to families, groups and longer stays.
    The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area sits at the heart of the home. The kitchen is well equipped for relaxed breakfasts, family meals or entertaining with friends, with plenty of bench space and storage. The living area is light-filled and welcoming, with high cathedral ceilings, a comfortable lounge area and TV with Bose sound bar.
    There are four comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite. The remaining bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom, giving the home two bathrooms in total. Linen is provided, making arrival simple and easy.
    Outside is where Leumeah really shines. The wraparound veranda and undercover alfresco area are perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, BBQs or simply taking in the peaceful rural outlook. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy the solar-heated in-ground pool, while the spacious gardens, cubby houses and open lawn areas give families plenty of room to relax and play.
    For those needing to stay connected, the property includes a dedicated workspace and Starlink internet, with speeds typically around 100 Mbps+.

    Leumeah is a great base for exploring West Gippsland. Spend time in nearby Yarragon, visit Mirboo North, enjoy country drives, local cafés, walking trails, markets and scenic lookouts, then return to the peace and privacy of the property.
