Pet friendly, clean, comfy, all that I expected, I will definitely stay again, I loved the coziness and the gas fireplace, I was there for Christmas week from Florida and the snow and the fireplace made it extra special! We were very comfortable staying there. My only complaint is our room was next to an exit door and I was awakened often by slamming of the door at all hours of the night. We had our dog with us and felt comfortable with her. Staff was very friendly. Good coffee

The desk staff was very polite. Travis was very informative. He explained everything and also mentioned that there was any help that I needed that I would be able to reach him at the front desk. The room was good. I like that.They have the two bedroom option and it is in a convenient location next to several stores.

The room looked clean, spacious, and nice, but the bathroom was dirty; there was hair and feces on the underside of the toilet seat. They hadn't cleaned it, which was disgusting. The entrance to the rooms was also very dirty with a lot of trash lying around. The breakfast was good, which is why I gave it the stars I did.

Wonderful place to stay for Musikfest

Great place, our second time staying there. Quiet, comfy, affordable, helpful staff, and close to terrific dining options. We’ll be back next year for Musikfest.

Staff was great. Room was welcoming. Little dust on counters but nothing a quick wipe down didn't fix. Shower curtain inside liner had mold stains but did not smell of or spread any. Bed was very comfortable especially considering I usually sleep on a Temper-Pedic. Breakfast was pretty good: missing main attraction (aka waffles and pancakes), it could also use better fruit variety, and juice quality. Fitness room was well equipped for my needs. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming.

Exactly What We Need!

The room was perfect for what we needed. It did need a bit more cleaning but we do carry our own cleaning supplies for this very reason. Carpet definitely needs a refresh. Our dog had plenty of walking and potty places. The staff is very nice and helpful! We are going to be staying here as much as we can because it is just a great location and has what we need. Just wish for an update on the carpet due to the stains. Not too bad overall though.

My fiancée and I stayed there for almost a week. Over this time we stayed in 2 different rooms. The mattresses had nasty stains on them, under the beds weren't vacuumed & above the fridges weren't wiped down apon entering both rooms. There was an absolutely over bearing urine smell on the first floor. Along with the entry keys very rarely worked. If they did work it was after 4-5 times of trying. The employees and the breakfast were the best part of the whole stay.

The staff was really helpful. Checked in with ease. Property was ok but needs more maintenance to deal with the irresponsible visitors. Not the staffs fault people don't follow rules. Smoking in buildings and rooms should be closely monitored. Bit the rest was ok for the price.

Fine for a one night stay.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, so over all it was a decent place for the one night. This little place needs some TLC. The digital cards only work sometimes on the outside doors, it was funny because about 8 of us were trying to get in from the courtyard trying all of our cards. The walls need to be painted (that will get rid of the stains and marks), the furniture needs to be replaced, our chairs were at the end of their lifespan. We stayed during colder and rainy weather so we did not partake in any of the outdoor amenities. I didn't want to post photos, I would think that pics of our room would not be fair to the overall hotel. It's in a very convenient location, but we won't stay here again until they have a makeover.
