Very courteous and welcoming staff. A special thanks to Ann (front desk) who is very reliable, attentive and responsive to guests’ needs. I am happy to hear that upgrades are in progress. This hotel is located right off 422 and very accessible. Many good restaurants near the hotel. Excellent value at the right price point for frequent travelers like me.

Booked a handicapped accessible room. Didn’t get a handicapped accessible room. We checked in at 3pm, literally threw our bags in the room and then went to the gathering we drove up there for. Returned at about midnight. Went into the room, went into the bathroom and realized that room 202 was not handicapped accessible. By that time it was so late we went to sleep and just left in the am. Room was clean, stocked amenities….but didn’t use the toilet, and thank for there was ONE handicapped bar in the shower. Front desk lady was polite, a gentleman helped us with our bags and brought them up to the room for us. Just really let down we needed (and booked) a handicapped suite and didn’t get it….and I know we could’ve handled it at midnight after we got back by going down to the front desk, grabbing our bags, etc…but not dealing with that at midnight….
