The bathtub was extremely slippery and the shower curtain hung into the tub so it was dangerous taking a shower. The room was noisy because of the AC unit and doors slamming nearby. The room was not fully supplied with towels or coffee. Good location and easy parking.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It is very large and depending on your room location, be prepared to walk. I felt for my husband who has bad hips so the walk to our corner suite was a bit much for him. Aside from that, the Alloy has beautiful decor, prime location and, for a last minute weekend getaway, it wasn’t badly priced. The only bummer was I purposely booked this hotel for the swimming pool and it was closed for renovations. Wish I had known that beforehand but despite, it was a very pleasant stay. The restaurant downstairs also had very good food which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at The Alloy. Special shout out to Albertine at the front desk. The service she provided was exceptional. The staff was so friendly. What a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was very nice. The staff was great. The only issue was that the shower leaked out to the bathroom floor and then to the entryway because the door for the shower was not secured to prevent leaks when closed. That didn’t deter the nice time we had.
