Staff at the front desk were all welcoming and friendly. The parking garage was so convenient to have right on site. Rooms were clean. Location is walkable to many various areas and smaller local coffee shops and cafes. Felt safe as an LGBT couple on and around property.

The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are decent still. Staff was very friendly and efficient, parking was easy. Location is nice, within the old part of the city, although I wouldn't wander around at night.
