The staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance, incredible people. The street it’s on isn’t one of the main streets so it was pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, even plenty of shelf space in the large shower! Will stay here again.

Loved it!

Our flight got canceled and we stayed in Philly for the night. Found The Franklin on Hotels.com for a good rate and took a chance. We were so pleasantly surprised. We stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms—I loved the interior design. Beautiful and new. Will definitely stay next time I’m in town!

Great Getaway in Philly

Charming hotel just off Rittenhouse Square. The room was nice with a super comfortable bed. Friendly staff and a complimentary continental breakfast the next morning. I definitely recommend The Franklin.
