"The receptionist argued with me what type of cc I was using like I didn’t know what I have. The hot tub was empty. The shower handle no matter where you set in dropped to the bottom so the option was burning hot or super cold. The breakfast hours are posted on the wall and there was hot chocolate and coffee no food whatsoever over an hour after it was supposed to start. The walls are super thin and you hear everything from the rooms around you."

"Great location right downtown. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Clean and well stocked.Apartment was very noisy. You could hear everything in neighboring units. The bed was also a queen size."
