The villa, measuring approximately 75 square metres, accommodates up to 5 people thanks to two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and a convenient sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area allows you to enjoy complete independence while staying here, and the bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you need. Every window is fitted with mosquito screens and security grilles to ensure safety and peace of mind.

But the true heart of the villa is the outdoor space: a large, fully furnished patio—perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners—a built-in barbecue area, and an outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings. There’s also an outdoor shower, convenient when returning from the beach, and an additional brick-built outdoor kitchen to help you enjoy summer to the fullest.
