Very clean and comfortable stay. Great value for the money. Exceptionally clean room - BRAVO to the cleaning crew. Fantastic shower / water pressure. Window that opens. If you arrive after 9 p.m., the gate to the parking lot will be closed - park outside the gate, walk over to the main entrance lobby area of hotel and you will see a self check-in machine outside. You just input your code and you will receive the code to your room and gate. You will also owe the room tax at that time, so you will need to pay it with a credit card. Highly recommend. Everything was very comfortable.

Great budget hotel, clean bedding, good quality towels (better than mercure my normal hotel). Can't complain for the price at all. Limited dealing with staff but was good when i checked in. I would stay again.

Night shift manager extra ordinally excellent, impressive support. but morning manager i find out not so good do not care customer service. we were tired after journey even though night shift ask for paid service for breakfast.We refuse but in morning we ask for paid breakfast day manager for breakfast service bluntly refuse our service/

Hi Trip aws OK and have stayed in this hotel many times before - but this time let down by a musty/damp smell in the room and no additional cup available (no big deal!). Otherwise OK

Shower curtain was moldy/dirty. Bath towel had a long hair in it. Beds were comfortable and size of room with extra beds for kids was nice. Price was affordable and it’s 15min from Beauvais airport but wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent stop over!
Great stay! Clean, comfy beds and really appreciated the mezzanine style room which provided additional space and privacy. Excellent for a quick stop over - with secure parking and comfy beds!

A good hotel for an overnight stay. About 10mns from centre (easy to get to). Walls are a little thin around the building so it can be noisy (people forget to be quiet) but could not hear television in the room next door so that was good. Breakfast was good value but I would like less use of 1 time plastic. It's not hard and we all need to make an effort

Good value, basic hotel
A no frills hotel,, which was just what we wanted. Modern, clean, plenty of eating places nearby. Plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again

Family room was not a family room, too small, air-conditioned was inefficient. No cleaning service was available. No soap, toilet tissue was not refilled, out of date bathroom.

Overall the space was inexpensive but the space was very small and tight with our suitcases and the bathroom wasn't very clean. For what we paid it was fine but wasn't impressed. Also, for being called B&B Hotel, one would assume breakfast is included, it isn't, there's an extra charge for it.

An inexpensive stop on the way to Paris.
No English speaking staff. Small but clean room. All non-smoking room ? Pfft! These people smoke everywhere. Hotel is very close to shopping and dining.

Clean, functional, terrible customer service
We arrived after 9 pm and were met with an electronic check-in kiosk at the front door. We are new travelers to Europe and were not familiar with this process. We pressed the assistance button and after a brief wait were greeted with a rude and discourteous attendant who quickly told us what to do in broken English. When I asked her to repeat her instructions she said she told us once and didn’t have time to tell us again. We were left to figure it out on our own, which we did. Digital codes to get into the main door, and another code to get into the room. The room was clean, basic, and functional. We were in a family room that contained a double bed on the main level and 2 twin beds in the loft area. The room was a tight fit, but for only 1 night it was fine. The window opened to allow cool air in (no A/C). The room appeared to be newly renovated and was clean and in good shape. It was close to the airport, which is why we picked it. We left before breakfast so I cannot speak to that. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but disappointed with the customer service.

the first room that I got was smelling cigarettes. The hotel has only non smoking room. But the person at the desk was very nice to give me a different room. Unfortunately the room was over the front and parking below so it was a little noisy. The room was clean though. Also I paid online with hotel.com a breakfast for $15 which is actually around $8 at the hotel.

When we booked there was no mention of a mezzanine and in fact the pictures showed a large room. It wouldn't have been a problem but the lock on the gate didn't work so we couldn't put the youngest up there. He shared with us which isn't a problem but we could have stayed at the premiere classe across the road and saved £20 of we had wanted that. Staff unhelpful st best.

Rude staff and charged twice!
A disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived we met the manager at reception and showed him the Expedia booking confirmation and that payment had been made to expedia. He did not except this and insisted that it was a reservation only. He said if we did not pay again we should leave the hotel!. Not really the customer service you want when you have travelled after a long day and have 2 kids in tow. We paid (again) - (Ive complained to Expedia and requested a refund) We booked this hotel as we were travelling from the nearby airport however be advised that it is a good 15 minute drive and we were charged 47 euro for taxi! The hotel is modern and the room was clean. Its situated in a commercial/retail park. Its reasonably quiet but near to a couple of restaurants and a mcdonalds. Cant say I would recommend it unless you are really desperate and even with a printed confirmation page the hotel staff don't seem to understand how booking with expedia works.

Airport stop over.
Ideal location as a stop over for Beauvais airport, about 5km away. We arrived after reception had closed but was easy to get the code to enter the hotel and room.

Malheureusement, la nuit a été plus que bruyante.des migrants sont logés dans cet hôtel et j’ai cru être dans un hôtel de passe ( si vous voyez le genre de nuisances)
