C’était très bien! Tout de suite en entrant, la décoration nous transporte dans un autre monde. C’est très chaleureux. Tout était propre, l’entrée, le hall, la chambre. Même du lait dans le petit frigo. Nous avions une fête dans la salle au sous-sol, c’était extraordinaire! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The staff were very friendly, great location, but oh so many bizarre rules about shoes, parking, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny and you can hear a lot from the hallway/other rooms. Did not feel very private.

The staff members were very friendly. We stayed in room 317. Overall it was great room, other than the black mold all over the shower area and the ceiling. Keep in consideration that the walls are very thin. It was in an excellent location close to the port, restaurants and stores at the base of Old Quebec City. The bar tender was lovely at their bar, and bonus, acknowledged my birthday. We also opted to utilize a parking garage a 5 minute walk away from the property vs the hotel parking. It also felt very safe.

The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the WiFi was good. The restaurant was good for breakfast just a bit pricey but worth it compared to a hotel with breakfast included. The towels are quite thin and the bathroom is very small. The sink is outside of the bathroom. Not able to walk anywhere due to construction around the hotel. Overall great stay!
