Praktisch und günstig

Für Lissabon Besucher , die 1 Woche Zeit haben,eine gute location, da man es nicht weit in die Stadt hat und auch mal einige sonnenstunden am Meer verbringen kann.

Eine tolle Woche in Costa de Caparica verbracht!

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Alles was man für eine Woche benötigte war vorhanden! Alles top! Wenige Meter zum Strand! Restaurants ganz in der Nähe! Übergabe und Abnahme war reibungslos! Kann ich nur wieder empfehlen!

Séjour agréable

Appartement confortable dans un immeuble bien calme. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Commerces à moins de 10 mn à pied (supermarché, boucherie, bars, restaurants etc...). Plage à proximité immédiate. En voiture, on peut gagner le centre de Lisbonne en 20 mn environ. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location.

A estadia foi curta mas muito boa, o apartamento esta muito bem localizado, mesmo junto da praia, segui o conselho do proprietário e fui ao terraço do prédio ver o por-do-sol, e posso dizer que é verdadeiramente fantástico !!! O apartamento esta muito bem equipado, com tudo o que precisamos, e limpeza tambem estava impecável. O proprietário mostrou disponibilidade total. Voltarei em breve e aconselho a todos passarem uns dias neste agradavel apartamento.

Appartement trés bien sit...

Appartement trés bien situé, propre, confortable, et mieux que sur les photos. Il est bien aménagé comme décrit dans l'annonce, le fait d'avoir un balcon fut également appréciable. La terrasse sur le toit est vraiment un plus, pour un diner avec vue sur la mer, ou un petit déjeuner au lever du soleil ! Tout est à proximité: Supermarché, pharmacie, magasins, cours de surfs, plage à 2 mn à pied, puis les station de bus pour aller sur Lisbonne. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant, joignable en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour !

"très bon logement, propre conforme à l''annonce. les propriétaires vous accueillent avec beaucoup de chaleur comme toujours au Portugal. je tiens juste à signaler 2 choses seulement: 1er place de parking pour la voiture, que nous n''avons trouvé que derrière le bâtiment(samedi et dimanche nous ne sortions surtout pas la voiture si non plus de place) 2ème la cour qui donnait côté chambre trop bruyante, les gens sont incapables de parler à voix bases. les propriétaires de l''appartement sont des personnes très sympathiques et s''arrangent si besoin est pour l''heure de remise des clefs le 1 jour. une très bonne note dans l''ensemble de la location."
