An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Alfredo and Krystina who helped us with every request.

Delighted to finish my tour of Italy with a stay in this hotel and city. Hotel was clean and really comfy. Close to both old and new city and breakfast was abundant in choice including gluten free options highly recommend

We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet.
