for the people with knee issues recommend to ask at the time of chk in for no steps room cuz some of the floors you have to take five steps with your luggage cuz there is no bell boy service available, make sure about the bathroom is not smelly , you get the room service but no changes of towels ...

Hotel and rooms were clean, great housekeeping. Breakfast was subpar - didn’t think the food was great. I didn’t have to interact with staff much but when I did they were lovely.
