Very clean and nicely fitted property, by the water and very close to a nice park. Large and comfortable rooms, spacious gym and pool area, nice restaurants and bars. Perfect for business travel or leisure.

We stayed in Almere for 3 nights, in good distance to visit Floriade, but also close enough to Amsterdam. Nice, spatious room, good standard, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is fine dinning, really nice surprise. I would definetely recommend

It was below our expectations. We booked a royal suite as it was my wife's birthday, however when we were there, they kept us waiting until they cleaned the suite and they didn't even treat us for a welcome drink or anything. Besides, there was a lot of maintenance and too much noise on our floor. Plus, the elevators weren't working and we got lost to reach our suite. When we arrived at the suite after taking the stairs, the keycard didn't work!!! In the suite, there were no tissues and no toothpaste.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We find it nice to hear you chose our hotel to celebrate your wife’s birthday. We do find it unfortunate to hear that your stay has not lived up to your expectations. We have looked into your feedback internally so that we can provide you with an appropriate response. According to our system you checked in to the room at 13:30, the check in time for our suites is from 15:00 o’clock, if the room is ready before that we can do the check in of course, but we can not guarantee an early check in. In your feedback we read that you did not expect the construction work to provide this amount of noise. We try to plan it so that if it is possible to start with the quiet things in the morning and do the thing that bring more noise on a more appropriate time. It all depends on how far we are and what things need to be done first that we can keep moving forward, sometimes we are unable to keep it quiet. Therefor we inform our guests on forehand so they are aware of the situation. We see you missed toothpaste and tissues on the room. This is not a facility we deliver, toothpaste is available upon request. We do hope you have enjoyed the rest of your stay. And we look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Bad food at the restaurant
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, bad smell, very noisy guests talking on the hallway at 11:30pm, AND I got poison food from their burger! Bad experience with the restaurant overall. It’s a nice hotel but the staff from the restaurant should be more careful and serve fresh food. No go next time!!!

Hotel now very run down and in need of a total refurb filthy rooms with chips and stains. cleaners did not clean the room...told manager and she said we only change sheets every 3 days...we were there 4 nights. Last time we will stay there

Enjoyable stay
The hotel exceeded my expectations had a relaxing time and made use of the facilities. Polite and friendly staff and the breakfast was nice. A bit far from central by public transport but still a great location

What a wonderful gem in Almere!
Everything was wonderful from check-in to the room itself. I had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and food were fantastic, as was the service. I will definitely stay here again and look forward to my stay the next time I’m back in Almere!

Good quality hotel
I really liked this hotel. Nice big lobby and quick check-in; big spacious room and bathtub with room for two! Ate at the restaurant in the evening as they are always good and high quality at acceptable prices. Breakfast was great as well. Will definitely stay again on my next visit!

dont stay if you think you can charge a Tesla here
nice hotel, poor staff, no knowledge of electric car charging that was offered on booking. No help offered, one even said maybe its closed on the weekend. I asked if all the petrol stations are closed at weekends - no reply. Staff need to be trained properly not just to say its nothing to do with them ( even though its on their property and offered as a service by the hotel)

Perfect hotel, huge parking facilitiies
We booked this hotel for a golf match at Naarderboos golf course. It's only a ride by max. 15 min. The hihway connection is close. Restaurant and service better than next day in Amsterdam in hotel Krasnapolsky!

Convenient to the Fields
We stayed here for a softball tournament which was held at the local baseball club fields. It was convenient to get to the fields from the hotel. The service and the room were great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, close to Amsterdam P+R
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Modern, clean, friendly staff, and delicious restaurant! Not much to do around the area, but that didn't matter to us as we chose to stay there as a cheaper alternative to Amsterdam. Highly recommend it!
