"There was no reception and it took a while to get into the room."

"Beautiful room and excellent restaurant"

"Great place to stay.100% recommendable."

"Nice gardens surrounding the house/palace in an isolated natural place inviting to relaxing and enjoy nature. Only 30 minutes to Santoña and other attractions. Restaurant team very friendly but people at reception were not friendly not knowledgeable, so making some situations uneasy. Only breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel restaurants. Food was quite good. A couple of local small restaurants in the town. We likes Casa de Montaña."

"Very nice location close to beach and a small local city center with many options for dining. Well suited for either relaxing at the pool or the beach. Very good breakfast buffet with many choices. "

"Great hotel with lots of character good location near beach and really helpful/friendly staff"

"Beautiful whimsy decor and located for easy access to sights and cafes."

Kein Kühlschrank, kein Ventilator, kein Kaffee-/Wasserkocher"

"Estancia agradable"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not mind the pack of AC in our room. "

"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...
