"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. She showed us to our room, dried our wet clothes, ordered dinner for us...anything you needed, she was there to help us! She is a true GEM! We didn't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful garden, but we hope the next travelers do as it is so beautiful. "

"We stayed at this ground-floor apartment by the coast and had a wonderful time. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was available right on the street in front of the apartment, which was very convenient. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner, making the location perfect.
