"we booked this hotel so that we could have a pool for the day and stayed overnight. the hotel was beautiful and fairly quiet considering the demand for a pool in the heatwave was high. however, our one complaint was the room service - we tried ordering food by dialling the number stated however no one picked up for half an hour. we finally called reception and they said they’d send someone up to take our order, no one ever came after waiting another half an hour. we ended up ringing reception again, saying that we haven’t been served and no one is picking up on the room service line, they said to try again and hung up. all in all it took about 1hour 30mins to order/receive our food."

"Très bel hôtel, bien situé, à distance de marche de tous les sites majeurs. L'intérieur de l'hôtel respire le calme et la douceur de vivre. La piscine et ses alentours sont parfaits pour se reposer durant les heures chaudes de l'après-midi. Le personnel est dévoué. Une très belle expérience. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons."

"Nice hotel, good value for money with a tasty breakfast. Close enough to walk from the train station and close enough to walk to the main sights of cordoba. Air conditioning good. Roof pool area a bit of a disappointment and the reception staff not the most friendly. I guess my English confused them, understandably."
