"The hotel was very good value overall. It was clean throughout and although basic everything worked fine. Breakfast was above average and the lounge bar was cheaper than bars nearby. My main gripe is the description; with the photographs being misleading. There are two buildings in the complex each with their own reception (although the staff alternate between the two sites). We went to the building on the beach as this is shown on the booking site, however they told us we were in the other building a few minutes walk away. No dramas but it isn't what we thought we had booked. "

"It was first time to be in Portugal but the experience was unforgettable moments in life . The food was good and the welcoming experience was amazing. Will be back soon with our children and also the area was very quite which will be ideal for taking a break from England. "

"Best hotel in a very long time. Convenient, views for days. Tons of things to do in the resort, even tho lot of restaurants were closed aince we did visit off season. Come for the views, they are the stars of the show. My wife and i arent big on spa or golf so that wasn't big deal for us. Breakfast was phenomenal, best we had. Staff was wonderful. Easy parking is a big plus if you come with the car. Would stay again if opportunity blows us this way. "

"Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. "
